During this 40 minute one-on-one session with Erin you will get advice about which exercises are best for you and guidance on improving and refining your technique. Erin can develop a full home-based program to suit your needs, help you progress your regular routine onto something more challenging or guide you through a program prescribed by another practitioner.
Assisted stretching sessions are one-on-one 30 minute sessions where your muscles are gently eased into a lengthened position and held there for a specific amount of time whilst you remain relaxed. This helps to encourage alignment of the body by increasing muscle length, easing fascial restrictions, increasing joint mobility and helps to relieve stress and nervous tension. Whilst regular stretching at home is excellent for increasing your flexibility, one-on-one assisted stretching under the supervision of a professional therapist can help you achieve deeper more effective stretching and relaxation.
